It is now official that the beginning of the end of free speech has begun. This attack on our right to think for ourselves and express those thoughts peacefully are happening on two fronts. The federal government will attempt this erasing of our 1st amendment by limiting our use of the Internet if this new cyber bill security bill passes by censoring certain web sites and recording your visits to web sites that are listed as subversive. In other words if you go to a web site that disagrees with uncle Sam you will be put on a list that might get you on the ” no-fly list ” or worse arrested unlawfully for casually saying to someone that you do not like a certain policy of the current administration and the next thing you know you are being investigated for no legal reason at the tax payers expense. I certainly can see this type of censorship, control, spying on each other could get way out of control. Maybe this is the intent. You now have INFRAGARD, MIAC Report, SAIC, CACI and other organizations that are spying on all of us right now. People are starting to understand what is going on around the globe and the window to do something about this is closing fast.
If you live in South Carolina and you are a member of a group or organization that is considered ” Subversive ” you must register with the state or possibly face 10 years in jail and possibly a $25,000.00 fine. If you look at this bit of legislation you will notice it leaves the door wide open as to who could be considered subversive. This is just the start and it may seem like not much to worry about but it will get worse with the ” Cyber security bill ” and it’s ramifications. This CLEARLY goes against the Constitution and it’s guide lines for a peaceful government. “ That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government ” Do you want your right taken away? If you do nothing your rights will be gone in the blink of an eye. An example of what South Carolina has done if you belong to groups such as members of tax protest organizations, the Tea Party movement and the States’ Rights movement based in South Carolina are all domestic terrorists if they fail to register their dissent with the authorities.
