A czar is someone who can set policy and not have to answer to or get approval of either the legislative or judicial branch of the government. In the early thirties they were called dictators but the name was changed when Hitler and Musolini came into power. These policies were some of the EXACT same measures taken by the Nazi’s during WWII. What type of person would think up this type of insane philosophy and think it is necessary? What type of idiot would hire this type of person? I have read some of this “Eugenics” and if we don’t do something soon we may have no freedoms left. Time is short. Think about it.
