For those of you who are trying to diet but still want to be able to eat out, try these suggestions from Hungry Girl….
Wendy’s Jr. Cheeseburger (270 Calories, 11g Fat, 26 Carbs, 1g Fiber, 15g Protein). If you’re on Weight Watchers, this burger is only 6 points. Not bad. Try it with a side salad and you’re good to go.
McDonald’s Furit ‘n Yogurt Parfait (160 Calories, 2g Fat, 31g Carbs, 1g Fiber, 4g Protein). It’s a good choice if you just need something to hold you over until dinner. It is 3 Weight Watchers points.
Taco Bell Fresco Ranchero Chicken Soft Taco (170 Calories, 4g Fat, 22g Carbs, 2g Fiber, 12g Protein). You can get almost everything on Taco Bell’s menu “Fresco-style”. Good for a quick lunch and 3 Weight Watchers points each.
I’m getting hungry.
Burger King Tendergrill Chicken Sandwich (380 Calories, 9g Fat, 51g Carbs, 3g Fiber, 25g Protein). 8 Weight Watchers points.
Starbucks Spinach, Feta, and Egg White Wrap (280 Calories, 9g Fat, 35g Carbs, 8g Fiber, 19g Protein). 6 Weight Watchers points, which can be a lot depending on how many points you’re allowed to have each day.
Chick-Fil-A Breast of Chicken Soup (1 large bowl has 220 Calories, 6g Fat, 30g Carbs, 3g Fiber, 12g Protein. Not a bad choice for a 4 Weight Watcher point lunch.
Subway 6″ Turkey Breast and Black Forest Ham on 9-Grain Wheat bread (w/o cheese, dressing, or mayo, this sandwich has 300 Calories, 4g Fat, 47g Carbs, 5g Fiber, 19g Protein). It’s a pretty good sandwich. You can get all the veggies on it and vinegar, salt, and pepper. It is 6 Weight Watcher points. Add a couple more if you want cheese on it.
Chipotle Burrito Bowl with Chicken, Fajita Veggies, Black Beans, Tomato Salsa, and Lettuce (355 Calories, 8g Fat, 32g Carbs, 13g Fiber, 41g Protein). Yum. Only 7 Weight Watcher points. Add another point for a half order of the Cilantro-Lime Rice, it’s really good.
Sonic Chicken Wrap with Grilled Chicken w/o Dressing (326 Calories, 8g Fat, 37g Carbs, 1g Fiber, 26g Protein). Mmmmm, Sonic. 7 Weight Watcher points. If you want the Ranch dressing, add another point.
