I had always thought that clicks were for High School and such but boy was I wrong. Clicks are in every area of our life in every walk of life. I was watching Grey’s Anatomy for the first time last night and that is pretty much what the show was about. Mcdreamy as I believe he is called, is confronted with the clicks within the hospital. Between Dr.’s and nurses. That one of the nurse’s has been in a dozen or so surgeries with him and the day this came about was the first day they had ever made eye contact. Now is that not sad. With the economy being the way that it has been, I wanted to take some time to talk about careers. While most of the local and state governments have been on hiring freezes, you are sure to be able to find a job with a city or county being a dispatcher. Dispatchers are considered essential personnel and have a high turnover rate, so agencies are more reluctant to look past hiring freezes in order to keep their dispatch staff at, or below, their full-staffing levels.
