Battle of the Bulge, the scale hardly changes but the pants fits better

I guess the old adage sometimes is true the scale can lie. Yes the number on the scale matter a whole bunch, however if your clothes fit better does that not count for something as well. I have been working out about a week now with all the time off due to filling like crap. I put on a pair of jeans this morning that fit ok but not the most comfortable, and they are looser yeah. This was  a great surprise for me I figured I would see nothing due to only losing 2 lbs and I have been working out using the Wii. I use Gold’s Gym and then the EA Sports 30 day challenge so I work out for 2 days on the EA Sports then have 1 day off so the one day off I do the Gold’s Gym which is basically boxing moves but I guess they work. I am actually impressed. I am using them cause that is all we have and I can not join a Gym right now and wanted some thing. Read More.....
