How Do You Get motivated to Loose weight once you fall off the wagon

This is where I come in. I was doing good for about the first five weeks of the year. Now this past week or two has been terrible. I got sick for the second time this year. Which I think being sick is all about the current stress in my life. So being stress leads to being sick which leads to being depressed which leads to eating what you should not and not exercising. This leads to more depression which leads to losing motivation to change yourself.

This is a continuous circle I have been doing for a long time. I am thinking something major has got to happen for me to get my head out of my butt and change things forever. But the thing is what has to click in my brain for that to happen? What can I do about it? I want to be fit, I long to be fit and thin. So what in the world is my problem, I wish I knew cause it is driving me crazy. I am lot living life because of my size and it sucks. I want to live not just exist I want more for my children and damn it they are going to have it.

Well the thing to do now is work on my mind. Make my mind stay in that positive place and if I slip to get back on the horse not keep slipping.
