If you think our leaders will some how bring us back from this economic earthquake just look around us ( I mean look around the globe ) and it’s plain to see we are headed for some monumental problems. The billions of dollars that have been given to foreign nations is to large to wrap your mind around and come away with some understanding. The figures Washington keeps talking about are beyond our nations ability to ever balance it’s books.
The reality here is that when our nation sells our debt to a foreign nation the U.S. promises to pay it back with the taxes that you and I pay. Do you think you are being taxed to much right now? The government could triple our current taxes and still not put a dent into our national debt because it is now beyond any mathematical chance to pay it off. You could say we could just continually pay the debt so it won’t ever come to a point where we are made to pay in full. That can not be considered a solution because it does not solve the problem since each time we ( the U.S. ) borrow money the amount gets exponentially higher. At some point you are no longer capable of even paying just the interest on the borrowed money. We have passed that point already at the speed of light. Our creditors have no choice but to consider how much they can actually get back on the debt purchased. We the U.S. will be literally forced to concede whatever we ( the U.S. ) have put up as collateral. The collateral is you and me in the form of taxes as well as land and lot’s of it. The domino will fall for the simple reason that we can no longer take the bleeding and we must salvage what we can from the ashes of this economic firestorm.
The U.S., U.K., E.U. just to name a few will very shortly have no choice but to default on the loan payment. What then? I would have to say change is coming soon. What form the change will take I can not say because the possibilities are endless.
It is plain to see if you look into this who will benefit from this and it should be just as plain to see why this mess has occurred. The age old battle of good vs evil goes on to this day. Be safe be free.
